Kamran has more than 15 years of Private Capital Investing experience across Australia, Asia and MENA region.

Prior to joining Navinci, he was working as an Investment Director at IFM Investors in the Private Credit team. Earlier he worked for Singapore based fund manager Eurofin Investments, focusing on Structured Trade & Commodity Finance transactions. He also led the firm's expansion into MENA region and served as a Senior Executive Officer & Licensed Director for group's Dubai Financial Services Authority regulated entity. Kamran previously worked at Standard Chartered Bank.

Kamran has a Bachelor of Commerce, MBA and Masters in Project Management.

Max has extensive experience in finance, restructuring, and business turnaround working closely with Australian businesses.

Prior to joining Navinci, Max played a key role in notable restructuring appointments within Australia, primarily covering manufacturing, construction, and technology. He has maintained a high degree of involvement in commercial property and mixed-use developments across Sydney, for projects valued up to AUD $300 million. Using his insolvency experience, Max has assisted Australian small and medium enterprises access private credit for growth and working capital by originating and structuring funding solutions.

Max has completed a Bachelor of Applied Finance and Bachelor of Economics from the Macquarie University, Australia.

Sayed brings extensive experience in finance, insolvency, and private credit to his role as Vice President at Navinci.

With years of insolvency experience, Sayed excelled in handling distressed assets from valuation and sales, including a A$1.3 billion portfolio. In private credit, Sayed's tenure as a Credit Analyst was marked by his crucial role in understanding fund compliance and completing substantial capital raises. He specialised in deal and scenario analysis for private credit deals and implemented a portfolio monitoring system, ensuring regular investor communication and deal performance management.

Sayed holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Laws from the Macquarie University, Australia.
