Navinci Group Pty Ltd (Navinci) is pleased to announce the successful acquisition from Regional Express Holdings Limited (Administrators Appointed) of its Simulator Centre in Mascot, Sydney – a strategic move that cements Navinci’s position as a key market participant in full flight simulator hire services. The Simulator Centre houses a much sought-after 737NG full flight simulator, reinforcing Navinci’s commitment to elevate pilot training accessibility and air safety in the Asia Pacific region.

The Simulator Centre currently has an additional bay, and Navinci is actively negotiating the acquisition of a second full flight simulator which will expand its service offering.

Navinci is also anticipating the delivery of a Cessna Caravan level D full flight simulator which will be located in Brisbane. Delivery is due in early 2026. For the first time, Australian and offshore general aviation operators will have access to a simulator that can cover 100% of initial and recurrent training, and is fully Upset Prevention and Recovery Training capable. This will be a unique offering for the Cessna Caravan pilot training market globally.

Navinci’s market research identified strong demand for an independent, high-quality aircraft simulator operator servicing Australia, Oceania and South East Asia. Navinci’s investment in this sector will enhance pilot proficiency, operational efficiency and aviation safety across the region.
